Wow, lots of things going on for January. Can't believe it - it's GREAT!!!! Thank you to all of you who have scheduled early, it helps tremendously. I have so many great plans and goals for this year and the coming years... I can hardly wait.

Okay, I have the Easter special going on right now and for those that are interested, go ahead and drop me an email or give me a call. Clients from past years know how quickly this fills up. Let me know what time slot you would like. I am sorry that I can't be more specific on which date (see the ad - top right hand side) the chicks will arrive, but as soon as I know, I'll let you all know.

I've been cleaning and gathering things up that I know longer need. Hopefully though, one of you will need something on the list. Again, just let me know and we'll take care of it. The list is towards the bottom right hand side.

My first session of the year was Miss Shaelee. She came back up from Georgia to have her six month portraits done. Although a bit cold in the studio, we had a great session. (I hear mom wasn't real sure of that but grandma had no doubts - she knew there'd be great images - and of course, once mom seen them she loved them.)

Then my last session was Miss Addison from Wichita. She was only seven days old! It was a bit warmer in the studio this time. We had a good time as well and I can't wait to finish proofing this session.

If anyone has any hints/tips on what kind of heater to purchase to warm the studio, I'm all ears! I think we've decided on a small electric stove. It says it will heat up to 400 sq ft. Now we just have to find one near by to buy. Still looking.

Alrighty... must get back to work. Have to finish up some work today because tomorrow we are painting the living room and putting down carpet. Not a real big undertaking, but a busy day ahead. I will try to update the blog more often, as I know you all really enjoy it.
