I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday. After the rush of orders and deliveries, we had quite a nice holiday as well. Thanks to all of you who were so very patient during this busy season. I will be taking applications for an assistant next year. I say this every year, but every year I think I don't need one, and then every year I'm busier than the last.

I will again be updating the website during the month of January... so some links won't work, some will... but it will all be worth it. I'm excited to share what I have already. You'll love it.

Another great thing coming next year will be actual online ordering. I can't wait, I think it will make things so much easier for everyone involved. Of course there will be the usual kinks that will have to be worked out, but in the long run I think it will be awesome.

I'll be working more in and on the studio in Anthony. It has been a bit neglected since I moved in during the month of November, then Christmas hits, so it hasn't had much TLC... but soon. It has a nice shooting area, with a bit of wall space for some great display portraits. There's also a nice bathroom with running water (hot water? must check into that...). I also have a separate room that will be a multitude of things if I can organize it correctly. I'd love to make into a "mother's room"... with baby bed for changing, comfy chair for rocking, need desk and chair(s) for viewing/ordering sessions that will become available hopefully by the summer of 2008 and then of course storage for all my extra props. That's a lot to pack into a little room, but I think it can be done.
